  10.                   HOW TO MOVE AROUND IN THIS "DISK" BOOK

  12.         When reading the files on this disk, you will notice gaps in 
  13.         the text.  These are necessary so when you print out a copy, 
  14.         the text will skip over the perforations.
  15.         
  16.         To print out any file you are reading, just press P.
  17.         
  18.         To return to the menu press ESC.
  19.         
  20.         Use the Arrow Keys, Home, End or Page Up/Down to adjust  the 
  21.         screen.
  22.         
  23.         Press F1 anytime for online help.
  24.         
  25.         When you return to the menu, you should  highlight "Detailed 
  26.         Table of Contents"  and press ENTER.  Print out the file  by 
  27.         pressing P so you will better understand the contents of the 
  28.         Menu.

  30.         NOW,  Press P if you want to print this file or ESC for  the 
  31.         MENU
